All students in G8, G9, G11 and G12 participated in three days of team building training in order to improve the initiative and skill of communication communication, establish mutual cooperation, support team spirit and enhance cooperation awareness

Projects

Crossing the grid

All students in each class need to cross a "grid" (rope net) that is vertical, and the hole on the Internet is a way of life. No clothes, hair, etc. Is allowed to the edge of the rope when students passing through the rope net. Each classmate in the project needs mutual coordination, careful operation, and learning effectively using the matching resources.

Legging game

Legging game is a teamwork project, and the whole team members are connected in one piece with leggings. The students need to start from the starting point within the time as possible within the time as possible. In this project, teamwork is critical and how to adjust your pace with the team is the key to success.

Forest game

The group enclosed into a circle and the two adjacent people separated by 1 meter. One pole in each person. When everyone moves, the people behind will support the previous people to loose wooden stick. And the whole group must guarantee all wooden sticks not to fall. It depends on the rapid response capabilities of individuals and the coordination skills between players.

Messaging game

The station submission used a typical model of a communication process. The information from the sender passed through the medium to the recipient, and the recipient refunded back to the sender which is a closed loop. Players need to understand the process and elements of communication, experience organizational disorders in communication, learn to communicate skills, recognize the benefits of breakthrough thinking, and enhance teams with each other.

Ball game

It is easy for one person but a group of people. Every progress witnessed the team's cheers. The players have seen a possibility of no limit. In "dynamic bulls" activities, each team collaborates, carefully communicate and cooperates. After a step walking exercise, it is constantly breaking through the previous record, challenges yourself.

Energy transmission

It requires everyone's reasonable division of labor and the force of the team, transmitting "energy ball" to the designated area, completing the challenge, and the quality of team collaboration determines the team's performance and achievements.

Executive principal, Mr. Tian Zhi Zhou, Vice Principal Ms. Ma Xiaokui awarded the winning team, individuals and all students. At the end, everyone watched the students' live performances, and their wonderful performances won the applause of the audience.

This expansion training not only has trained the physical quality of the students, but also let them experience the happiness of team work.
