BCCSC/BCS The 10th Paper Selection

The selection activities of the tenth teacher teaching and management papers in our school have been announced. Warm congratulations to the winners! Thanks the teaching department, the student office, and the the active organization of various teaching groups! Thanks to all the active participation!

73 papers were received, and 37 winning papers were selected, and 20 paper will be included in the school symposium.

The initial intention of our school's selection activities is to write the selection through the paper, inspire the enthusiasm of the whole school teachers to participate in the scientific research, improving scientific research capabilities, and promoting the rapid professional growth of young and middle-aged teachers, through the thinking and summary of teaching behavior, teaching philosophy Reference and communication to update and enhance our education teaching theory level. The mission of this event is to create a strong teaching and research atmosphere, let education theory guidance teaching practice as the normal work of our daily work. Although this is an academic exchange activity held in our school, it is highly recognized by the attention of all school teachers due to the localization and publicity of its organization's normative and selection. Gradually sort into our school teacher's external academic exchange brand, showing the window of our school teachers and the progress of the times, and the teachers show the teaching and research level, sharing the successful stage, academic contending, teaching wisdom, and the podium to promote everyone's extensive participation. This paper selection adheres to the following four principles:

The first one is the principle of authenticity.

It is required that the paper must be written by the person himself, not copied or downloaded from the Internet, resolutely put an end to academic irregularities, academic corruption, adhere to good and realistic academic ethics, and also a pure land of academics, and uphold academic integrity.

The second one is the principle of combining theory and practice.

The teaching essay must be a combination of modern pedagogy theory and my own teaching practice. Teaching without the guidance of advanced teaching theories is blindly, low-level teaching practice, divorced from the theory of teaching practice, and it is pale and lifeless. theory. Therefore, the combination of theory and teaching practice is an important principle of our selection work.

The third is the scientific principle.

It is required that the thesis written by the teacher should start from the problems in the teaching work, from the teacher's teaching practice, and the teaching practice requires us to study what we know. Starting from my own teaching practice, teaching practice requires researching what you are aware of, rather than making up your own. From students to teaching content, methods, and data methods must be true, reliable, scientific and reasonable.

The fourth one is the guiding principle.

It is required to understand clearly that the purpose of the selection of teaching papers is to summarize teaching laws and correctly guide teachers to learn education and teaching theories. More importantly, teachers use teaching theories to guide their own teaching practice, to better serve future teaching and improve teaching standards. In the selection of teaching theory papers, valuable and actionable practices and measures can be found, which can be promoted and applied to the teaching practice of our school in time.

With the support of the school leaders, the positive participation of the teachers has made a complete success, which is a great gift for 72-year-old birthday of the motherland.
