BCCSC students participated in Round Square online conference hosted by Fountain Valley School in America
Fountain Valley School in America invited Round Square schools to international conference on the subject of ‘One Planet, one chance'. The 90-minute call brought together 95 participants from 22 schools in 8 countries (India, USA, Peru, Canada, Colombia, Ghana, Australia, and China) and focused on the extent to which individual action can be used to combat climate change. Zhang Boxiang, Du Jinyi, Liu Ruomin, Yang Zhennan, Liubing and Xincaimin joined the conference with the guidance of Round Square teacher Grace LI. Following a video presentation, the hosts shared the pre-work sent in by participating schools. Delegates then broke into Barazas for a discussion before regrouping for a plenary at the end.
