Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada and High School Affiliated to BIT (Tongzhou Campus) Teacher Professional Development Workshop and One to One Partnership Activity

2Principal Lu Wei, Vice Principal of Jia Huifen, and Wang Jianhua, Director of the Curriculum Development Department from High School Affiliated to BIT (Tongzhou Campus), led 7 excellent teachers to BCCSC, and was warmly welcomed by our school leaders and young teachers.

Executive Director Andy Truong, Executive Principal Tian Zhenzhou, Party Secretary Jingzhi, Vice Principal Ma Ge, Director Li Zhifeng, Director Huang Changqing, and 7 young teachers joined the meeting. The meeting was hosted by the Vice Principal Ma Ge.

Executive Directors Andy Truong delivered speeches at the beg, representing the school's board of directors warmly welcoming the leaders and teachers of Beijing Institute of Technology. Andy Truong pointed out that teachers' learning and development is multifaceted, through "one-on-one"partnership activity, our teachers are more responsible when educating their children; young teachers are more beneficial to have guidance, we have had a forward direction and motivation, as well as more professional academic support. Cross school communication and innovation education will be will helpful to create a better learning and living environment for our children.

High School Affiliated to BIT (Tongzhou Campus) Principal introduced the seven teachers of the "one-on-one" partner activities. They have rich teaching experiences in the teaching front line. They have exquisite teaching style.

Vice President Ma Ge introduced 7 young teachers in BCCSC. Executive Director Andy Truong , Principal Lu Wei, Executive principal Tian Zhenzhou, Party Secretary Jingzhi issued 14 teachers the certificates and took a group photo.

Teacher Liang Chunyan shared her own experience "Be a happy person" with youth teachers: one has to be a happy person, then use his own happiness to influence and infect people around you, thus there are more people are happy with themselves. To be happy, one must keep the unknown curiosity, constantly improve your ability, and pursue happiness. The teacher has to set a good example for students, and pass happiness to students.

Young teacher Gao Qin said: with the "one-on-one partnership" in last year, she met Yang Meiying, and the two of them formed the relationship of friends. Teacher Yang's mature teaching model and unique teaching method is an example of his own learning. Thanksgiving pass wisdom, knowledge and happiness in everyday work.

Principal Lu Wei expressed that education should pass happiness and happiness, and "one-on-one partnership activity" benefit both teachers and schools. Young teachers have a lot of educational resources and abilities,and young teachers can not only become the assistants of other teachers, but also to become their teachers. It is hoped that the old teacher takes the leadership of the teach and achieve mutual promotion, improving, and resource sharing.

Executive Principal Tian Zhi Zhou made a concluding speech. He mentioned that "the distant relatives are not as close as neighbors". Although the two schools do not have long term relationship, but the deep friendship is precious. As a "neighbor", two schools can carry out more extensive, more in-depth cooperation, effectively promote the sharing of quality education teaching resources, better guiding our professional development of young teachers in our school, and strengthening communication in a more deep level.

The school "one-on-one" partnership activity provides an opportunity for the elderly and is a good way for young teachers to learn. The activities will benefit students, teachers,and schools in the long run.
