The 24th Student Representative Conference was successfully concluded

The 24th student representative conference of our school was successfully held in the conference room on November 23, 25 and 30. General principal Mr. Wang benzhong, Executive director Mr. Andy Truong, Secretary of the Party branch Ms. Jing Zhi, and Vice principal Ms. Ma Xiaokui, Vice principal Mr. Mage, Deputy director of the student office Mr. Zhang Gang, and all student representatives of the middle school and high school attended the meeting.

At the first meeting, the Executive director Andy Truong delivered an enthusiastic speech. He shared his experience as a student representative in those years. He hoped that the representatives of the Student Congress could really serve the students, assist and promote the education and management of the school, and hoped that the elected student representative would work together, set an example and give full play to their leading role on the platform of student organization. The meeting was hosted by G11-3 student Xu Fangfei.

Round Square committee leads were elected according to the student organization regulations. The candidates of the Internationalism Committee, the Democracy Committee, the Environmental awareness Committee, the Adventure Committee, the Leadership Committee and the Service Committee, are Xin Caimin from G11-3, Liu Bing from G11-3, Du Jinyi from G11-2, Li Juehua from G11-2, Chang Jingwen from G11-1 and Wei Jinghan from G11-3. They presented their election positions and team planning in the form of speeches, fully demonstrated their excellent quality and good working ability, and won applause from leaders and student representatives from time to time.

At the second meeting, the President, Vice president and Secretary General of the student union and the students associations were elected. Ma Lingding from G12-2 ran for the president of the student union. She showed everyone her ability and confidence with full enthusiasms, and briefly described her ideal student union and work plan for future work. Followed by it was the election of the vice president of the student union, Wang Qianzhi and Zhang Boxiang G12-2, and Zhao boning from G11-2. In their speech, they introduced their understanding of the position, their own advantage analysis and their ideas for future work. Jiang Bosen from G12-4 ran for the Secretary general of the student union. Liu ruomin fromG12-1 ran for the president of the students associations, Xu Fangfei from G11-2 ran for the vice president from student associations, and Fan Xuyuan from G11-2 ran for the Secretary general of student union. They talked about the position and work plan with confidence. The meeting was hosted by Xin Caimin from G11-3.

The agenda of the third meeting was the selection of Kurt Hahn award. Vice Principal Ma Xiaokui announced the evaluation criteria of Kurt Hahn award and introduced the work achievements of the winning team of team spirit award.

In accordance with the principle of "fairness, impartiality and openness", all student representatives carefully fill in the votes and solemnly cast their sacred votes. The school Party branch and the school Youth League Committee supervised the voting and counting, and took photos and videos throughout the process.

Principal Wang Benzhong delivered a speech at the end. He introduces the original intention and development history of the student unions. In order to make the communication between the president and students more convenient and efficient, he put forward a proposal to add the position of principal assistant in the student union structure. It is hoped that the student committees and student union can continue to inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of our school, participate in the decision-making and development of the school and work together to enrich students' campus life.
