On November 29, the results of "The 2021 Station Agent" selected by Beijing Labor Union were announced, and BCCSC was on the list!

The school Labor Union participated in the selection activity of "The 2021 Station Agent" hosted by Beijing Labor Union, in order to further strengthen the humanistic care for teaching staff and continue to promote the implementation of psychological care services for school staff in BCCSC. Under the guidance of Party Secretary Jing Zhi and the full cooperation of the personal development consulting center, BCCSC was finally elected through the procedures of application, review, field research and comprehensive review, etc.

In recent years, BCCSC has been exploring to establish "The Station Agent" that pays attention to the mental health of staff with the theme of "building a happy campus". It provides special psychological lectures, psychological decompression, parent-child education, interpersonal relationship and a series of psychological counseling services for staff; Through the activities of Faculty Associations, it provides a place for faculty to release pressure, creates a relaxed and pleasant spiritual rest atmosphere for staff, and creates a psychological service position for faculty.

The board of directors attached great importance to the evaluation. The evaluation expert chairman Hao Jingyun and Peng Yue of the career development department of the staff service center of Beijing Labor Union visited our school for field investigation. On the same day, the Executive Director Mr. Andy Truong received the members of the expert group and introduced the development of psychological care of the school. On behalf of our school, Ms. Zhang Xin made a special report on the psychological services of the staff. The school sorted out the effectiveness and shortcomings of our psychological service. Our work has been highly affirmed by Beijing Labor Union. Our school will take this as the starting point to further deepen and refine the work of the soul post station. The psychological service activities will be more professional.
