BCS/BCCSC Labor Union Fast Walking Activity on Women’s Day

The BCS/BCCSC Labor Union organized the launching ceremony of the fast walking activity on March 8 to celebrate the women's day,which advocated health awareness of physical exercise.

Teachers and students gathered together on the school playground at 6:40am in the morning. The fast walking activity officially started at the order of Ms. Jing Zhi, the chairman of the Labor Union.

Everything recovers in early spring. We were full of vitality, breathing fresh air and bathed in warm sunshine. We walked around the playground in groups. We encouraged each other, chatted happily, and the atmosphere was relaxed and active. We not only experienced the joy of outdoor fitness, but also strengthened communication, relaxed our mood and released the pressure.

The school's labor union organized this fast walking activity of "unite and work together for the future", which aims to deeply promote the majority of teachers and students to actively carry out fitness activities, be aware of the scientific health concept of "exercise for one hour every day, work healthily for 50 years and live a happy life" . It also built the foundation for the happy lives of teachers and students, helped the high-quality development of the school.
