The 11th thesis selection of Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada and Huaren School was successfully concluded

In April the fragrance season, a notable event-The 11th teacher's teaching and management thesis selection activity of our school has been announced. First of all, let’s warmly congratulate the award-winning teachers! We would like to express sincere gratitude to all teaching and research groups for their active organization and earnest participation, and thank all the associates who submitted papers!

In this activity, 84 theses were received, in which 41 theses were awarded, and 23 theses were selected into the school's "Xing Cheng Ji".

We hold the activity to promote the teachers to focus on daily education and teaching work, pay efforts to the research and reflection of education and teaching, improve the ability and level, sum up and advocate some effective experiences.

This academic exchange activity held within our school has aroused the concern of all the teachers because of its standard organization, fairness and impartiality of selection, winning high praise. Thanks to these efforts, it has gradually become a brand activity of academic exchange among teachers. It provides a stage for teachers to show their teaching and research level and share their success, but also a platform for academic exchanges and extensive participation in educational teaching and research.

The participating teaching thesis reflect the following characteristics:

1、It covers a wide range of works of various disciplines and different types. Some of the teaching thesis reflect school-based training, others reflect teaching ideas, new curriculum education concepts and methods of guiding students' learning, and communication between parents and school. It can show that teachers have precise understanding of the new curriculum standard teaching.

2、Most papers have profound thoughts. Teachers explain the educational theory, summarize and reflect teaching experience, and express the specific practices in teaching, showing their comprehension of the new curriculum concept, their higher professional quality and ability to control the curriculum, and consideration when studying the new curriculum standards.

3、The teaching papers present accurate words, rigorous thinking, accurate technical terms in teaching, truthful and full of power.

4、Some teaching papers embody novel theory, stress on the coping strategies in teaching, illustrate new teaching ideas, and propose some problems to be solved urgently in education and teaching, worth popularizing.

5、The thesis have standard writing format, standard key words, abstracts and references, showing that teachers' theoretical literacy and practical operation level are constantly improving after continuous training in paper writing.

The thesis selection is only a start, a kind of motivation, aiming to awaken teachers' writing desire and highlight that teachers can record their teaching history and mental journey with pens. We firmly believe that every essay writing session will become a path for teachers to consciously reflect on education and teaching. In the future teaching, our teachers will think deeply, earnestly explore, always summarize, constantly improve their teaching ability, turn theory into practice in their own teaching, and sublimate practical experience into theory, prospecting to gradually become research-oriented teachers.

Xiong Aihua: On the Design of Project Learning Activities of Primary School Drama Club Master of Education, Flinders University, Australia, 19 years of teaching experience, first-class title Teaching experience Outstanding teaching performance, rated as an excellent teacher for many times, excellent class teacher; undertake the research of the scientific research project "Career Planning Education for Middle School Students Based on Lifelong Education Concept" and won the first prize of the project. Head of the national scientific research project "Research on Teaching Strategies of Infiltrating Mathematical Culture through Mathematical Stories". Teaching style: Respect each child's individual differences in learning, take students as the main body in teaching, and create various teaching methods, allow every child freely and easily show himself in class, making progress, gaining and more confident! Zhou Nan: Teacher Speaking Duration ESL. Master of Jiangsu Normal University, English major TEM-8, teaching and research leader of primary school English group. Long-term commitment to primary school English teaching research, development and research of school-based courses, such as spoken English, English stage play, English professional experience and English picture book reading, and achieved certain results. Zhou Nan firmly believes that the classroom is wonderful because of interaction, and students develop because of autonomy!
Xue Beibei: Reflections on Moral Education in the Current Context from the Perspective of Junior Middle School Class Teachers. Xue Beibei graduated from Shandong Normal University with a bachelor's degree in education, is a second-level teacher, with 8 years of teaching experience. As a math teacher and class teacher in the school, she has won the titles of excellent class teacher in Tongzhou District, excellent class teacher in the school, excellent instructor in various international competitions, and won many awards in education and teaching papers. She stresses on student-oriented in classroom teaching is, focusing on students' thinking and development, and winning high praise of students and parents.
Ni Shaobo: "Facing double reduction, school physical education classroom teaching returns to its due function" Course: Physical Education and Health Graduating institution: Capital Institute of Physical Education Education: Bachelor degree, Bachelor of Education. Title: Senior Teacher Major: Physical Education Pedagogy, responsible for the school men's regular football training, C-level coach of AFC. Track and field referee national level 2; Badminton referee at the national level; Basketball referee national level 2; Sports social instructor. Introduction: From September 1993 to July 1997, he studied in Capital Institute of Physical Education. In August, 2001, he was recruited to Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada to engage in physical education. In October 2008, he was assessed as a senior teacher. Now he is responsible for the teaching of physical education and health courses for boys in senior middle school, and now the leader of the teaching and research group of music, sports and beauty. Sun Hongyi is a middle school teacher in first-grade, has been engaged in high school English teaching for 20 years, and worked as a class teacher for 15 years, having accumulated rich experience in education and teaching.
Zeng Chengcui: A Preliminary Study on the Effective Integration of Mathematics Classroom Teaching and Extracurricular Activities in Primary Schools. First-class teacher, head teacher, head teacher of primary school mathematics teaching and research. She has engaged in mathematics teaching in primary schools for many years, with a solid foundation, rigorous logical thinking and prominent focus. She often leads students to feel the infinite magic of mathematics in activities. Liu Xiaoxiao: Integrating Five Educations to Construct High School Fine Arts Efficient Classroom. Bachelor's degree, teaching for more than 20 years, serving as class teacher and lesson preparation leader of art discipline in our school for more than 10 years. Liu Xiaoxiao has been rated as an excellent class teacher and excellent teacher for many times, deeply loved by students. Liu Xiaoxiao’s works won the second prize of the National Young Teachers' Calligraphy Art Competition, and once presided over the compilation of the 15th anniversary student art works of Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada. Liu Xiaoxiao’s teaching style is rigorous, skilled tailoring teaching with talents. Over the years, Liu Xiaoxiao’s students have won many domestic and international awards, and have been admitted to world-renowned art colleges in the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, New Zealand and other countries. Li Yan: On the Education of Students under the Double Reduction Policy. Master's degree, bachelor's degree from Chinese Department of Dalian University of Technology, master's degree from Chinese International Education in Beijing Language and Culture University, and from 2012 to 2013, she taught at Confucius Institute at the University of South Carolina, USA. She loves education, loves life, affinity and very popular among students.
Xu Jing: On the Practice and Application of Research Travel in Middle School History Teaching. She is a history teacher of Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada, first-class title, and head of the teaching and research group of history, geography and politics. She has engaged in history teaching in junior and senior high schools for 14 years, having formed a unique teaching style-"student-oriented, interactive between feelings and knowledge". She delivers her emotion to students, attract and infect students with the unique charm of history and create a simple and pleasant teaching atmosphere with her heart. In teaching activities, students are encouraged to display their individuality, develop their potentials and cultivate correct values.
Ding Jin: Deep Consideration on Building a Student-centered and Efficient Chinese Classroom. He is a senior teacher, engaged in high school Chinese teaching for more than 30 years, has intensive research on Chinese college entrance examination, and has accumulated rich experience in taking the examination. High ability in education and scientific research, many educational and teaching papers have won awards and been published in national journals, and many books on middle school students' learning methods and composition guidance have been published. He has held many district and municipal open classes, and has won the honorary titles of district and municipal teaching experts, outstanding teachers, backbone teachers, advanced individuals in moral education and advanced individuals in psychological education in Shandong Province.
Huo Yujia: A Practical Case of Educating People in Colorful Activities of Class Management Strategy of Primary School Head Teachers. After graduating in 2018, she entered Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada. During the past four years in this school, she has been adhering to the educational philosophy of "learning as a teacher and acting as a model". During this period, she won the " Sino-Canada Newcomer Award" twice, the title of excellent class teacher three times, the special contribution award once, the second prize of Youth Foundation Competition once, the first prize of professional experience innovation class, and the first prize and the second prize of class culture construction once each. In the future, she will continue to lead students to express themselves freely, express their thoughts and control their abilities!
Zheng Qianqian: An Analysis of the Application of Side Panel in Chinese Teaching in Primary Schools. She is Master of Nanjing Normal University, now a primary school Chinese teacher and class leader. She pours her love to education, and has won the honorary title of "Sino-Canada Newcomer Award, Excellent Class Teacher, Award for Love of Students and Profession, Excellent Normal Class, Excellent Party Member and Academic Activity Award" since my work. Committed to teachers' professional development, she won the second prize of "Young Teachers Competition", the first prize of Beijing's educational and teaching research achievements, and many "excellent school papers". Xu Zipeng: Micro-Innovation of Teaching Methods in physical education class Tennis Teaching in Primary Schools. Graduated School: Shaanxi Normal University Work experience: During internship in university, worked as a physical education teacher in Xi 'an Translation Institute. Education motto: Learn to be a teacher and be a model.
Cao Xun: "On the Application of Definite Integral-Teaching Ideas of Finding Volume". Graduated from Beijing Normal University, engaged in mathematics teaching for many years, and now serves as bilingual mathematics and AP calculus teacher in Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada.
Li Xu: Exploring the Effective Combination of AP Statistics and Mathematics Teaching in Senior High School. Li Xu is a senior teacher, Master degree, AP Calculus and AP Statistics teacher certified by American University Council. Li Xu has been engaged in international course teaching since 2008. Currently, Li Xu teaches bilingual mathematics, AP Calculus and AP Statistics. Li Xu has participated in AP teaching training and exchanges of American University Council many times, and has cooperated with Canadian teachers in AP Calculus teaching many times. Li Xu is responsible for the management of the Science and Technology Center of Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada, as well as the counseling and management of international competitions. In 2016, Li Xu led students to participate in the Science Summer Camp of Imperial College, UK for exchange visits.
Li Zhiyan: Exploration and Practice of Art Classroom Teaching Activities in Primary Schools. Graduated from Xi 'an University of Technology, majoring in digital animation in art design department. In classroom teaching, she mobilized students' senses in many ways, educated students to acquire knowledge in a pleasant and reasonable situation, and completed vivid and creative works.
Zhong Zhaofang: How to Motivate Poor Students in English Learning. She graduated from Wuhan University of Technology in 2000, Master degree and an undergraduate degree. Now she is a senior teacher, teaching English and AP psychology. Specialties: stable and conscientious Teaching style: She mixes rational, emotional, natural and technical teaching styles, forming an independent teaching style that meets the needs of English classes and students of our school. She loves Chinese classical literature and culture, and cherishes every classroom shared with students. Hu Mingbo: Suggestions on the Characteristic Development of AP Curriculum in Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada. Senior Chemistry Teacher, AP Chemistry Teacher, Head of International course center of Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada.
Huang Yuan: On the infiltration strategy of traditional culture in junior middle school Chinese teaching. She graduated from Harbin Normal University, taught for ten years, a first-class teacher, and a visiting scholar in Canada. She is a Chinese teacher, used to be the subject lesson preparation leader, teaching and research leader and chief teacher. Besides, she is responsible for the related work of "Chinese Studies Center". She is solid, flexible, efficient in teaching, beautiful in language, and skilled at stimulating students' empathy.
Zhang Yimin: On how to better apply gymnastics teaching in school physical education and teaching. She graduated from Nanjing Normal University for Bachelor degree and graduated from Beijing Normal University for Master Degree. She has many years of front-line teaching experience, work conscientiously, love children and education.
