BCS/BCCSC New Student Registration and Opening Ceremony


The school welcomed new Gr1, Gr7 and Gr10 students to register on August 28 and August 30. The school ensured the efficient and orderly registration of new students in accordance with the requirements for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 in Beijing.






The school leaders and all teaching staff are on duty ahead of time to welcome new students. Under the guidance of the teacher, parents and students showed their COVID test reports, showed health kit green code, measured body temperature, and entered the campus in an orderly manner.




The students started their campus life with many expectations. BCCSC & BCS campus was full of laughter and youthful vitality.






The online opening ceremony for the 2022-2023 academic year was held in the conference at 8:20 a.m. on September 1. Mr. James Tian, Executive Principal; Ms. Jing Zhi, Secretary of the Party Branch; Ms. Monique le Roux, Canadian Vice Principal; Ms. Zhang Weihong, Vice Principal; Mr. Ma Ge, Vice Principal; Ms. Du Yan, Vice Principal; Ms. Jiang Tian, Assistant Principal; Mr. Zhanggang, Assistant Principal and Director of the Student Office; Mr. Li Zhifeng, Assistant Principal and Director of Human Resources, Ms. Wang Lei, Executive Director Assistant and other leaders attended the online ceremony in the conference room. All the students watched the live video in their classes, and the ceremony was hosted by Gr12-3 Xin Caimin and Gr12-2 Zhao Boning.


Mr. Andy Truong, Executive Director, delivered a speech for the opening ceremony.

Teacher Zhang Shuang from middle school English group spoke as a teacher representative.

Gr11-2 Dang Xingjian delivered a speech as the student representative.

Finally, Vice Principal Mr. Mage announced the list of winners of the Great Wall Maple Leaf Award, Chemical Competition and Science and Technology Festival in the second semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, and the school leaders presented certificates to the winners.









The 26 years of experience of the international cooperation in running schools will help students grow healthily and happily.
