The 12th Essay Selection of BCCSC/BCS

At the beginning of this semester, the 12th teacher management and teaching paper selection work was carried out, which was successfully concluded recently. This paper selection received strong support from school leaders. In this selection, 23 were selected for the school essay book and 77 papers were received in total. After careful selection by school leaders, academic committee, teaching office, and student office, a total of 38 excellent papers were selected.

This paper selection shows the school achievements,showing the characteristics of wide range of paper research, strong research ability of teachers, and significant improvement of teaching quality. Under the background of epidemic infection and double reduction of education, our school pays close attention to teaching work and always adheres to classroom teaching as the main line. They pay attention to the combination of teaching and research, and require each teacher to conduct profound reflection and research on education and teaching. Therefore, teachers' awareness of teaching and research has been significantly enhanced, and their professional abilities have been greatly improved.

We firmly believe that each session of thesis writing will become a way for teachers to consciously reflect on education and teaching. In the future teaching, our teachers will deeply think, seriously explore, timely summarize, constantly improve their teaching ability, make theory into practice in their own teaching, and sublimate practical experience into theory, and gradually move towards research-oriented teachers.
