Continue the Cultural Context of Thousands of Years and Shoulder the Mission of the Times BCS/BCCSC Hunan Study Tour Day four

On the fourth day of Huxiang study, we went from Juzi Island to Yuelu Academy. The students were very excited to be able to personally see the views in the poems.

"I am disappointed. Who is in charge of the ups and downs of the vast land?"

"Have you ever remembered that when you hit the water in the midstream, the waves stopped the flying boat?"

This is the question raised by young Mao Zedong standing alone at the head of Juzi Island, looking at the water of Xiangjiang River flowing slowly northward.

When the students came to the head of Juzi Island, strolled along the bank of Xiangjiang River and recited the song "Qinyuanchun Changsha", they deeply realized the aspirations of the great men in the past who took the world as their own responsibility, and a noble spirit.

Every student has gained a lot today. Students look up to the revolutionary martyrs, pursue the red memory, feel the feelings of great men, root in patriotism, and gain more intuitive, profound and warm knowledge.

The early summer sunshine shines through camphor trees and ginkgo trees. The students stood in front of the lecture hall of Yuelu Academy. "I often ask my parents carefully, and pay homage to the sages. I have good manners and habits.." The rules of Yuelu Academy, which are inlaid on the walls of the lecture hall of Yuelu Academy, are now recited collectively at the opening ceremony of every year.

Seeing Mao Zedong measuring the earth with his footsteps in the documentary Yuelu Academy, the teachers and students seemed to be personally on the scene and saw themselves. Although we are not students in the Academy, we all take the Academy as the starting point, go to the field and society, and understand Hunan and China.
