BCCSC Midterm Quality Analysis Meeting

BCCSC organized and held the quality analysis meeting of the midterm exam of the 2022-2023 academic year in the conference room of the comprehensive building on May 17, in order to comprehensively analyze the quality of the midterm exam, further realize precision teaching and management, improve the quality of education and teaching, explore effective ways to improve the quality of education and teaching, and promote the professional development of teachers, . The meeting was hosted by Vice Principal Ma Ge, and attended by Executive Principal Tian Zhenzhou, Assistant Principal Zhang Gang, Vice Director Huang Changqing of the Teaching Department, and Academic Committee Head Teacher Fu Haiping, as well as teaching and research leads of various disciplines.

In the post epidemic teaching period, we adhere to the principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability and following the laws of education. We closely focus on improving quality, optimizing management processes, and promoting development through literacy". We continue to focus on key points and weaknesses, achieving stable and improved teaching quality in various subjects. Overall, the current quality of education and teaching in our school can be summarized in three sentences: the quality has improved, the problems remain prominent, and the pressure continues to increase. All the teaching leaders are invited to give a speech in combination with their own teaching practice in the Midterm exam.

Teacher Ding Jin from the Chinese Language Teaching and Research Group delivered a speech. Teacher Ding summarized the teaching problems reflected in the students' answers during the Chinese language exam process from several aspects such as test paper analysis, score analysis, and learning situation analysis, as well as the according arrangements made by the Chinese Language Group. Cao Xun, the head teacher of the math group, made speeches. He talked about the situation of the high school IP class, the G10 and G11 college entrance examination class. Overall, the district examination papers are relatively difficult. The next step for the mathematics team is to classify and summarize the problems during the exam, and propose solutions for different problems. Hu Mingbo, the head teacher of the Physics, Chemistry and Biology Group, summarized the mid-term exam situation from three aspects: the question type, quantity, and difficulty of the exam paper, and put forward corresponding suggestions for participating in the teaching and research. Finally, teacher Xu Jing from the Politics, History and Geography Group proposed the corresponding teaching methods for the group after analyzing the common problems of students in the Midterm exam. First of all, we need to consolidate the foundation; Secondly, we need to strengthen the ability to read and analyze materials; Thirdly, we need to actively participate in district teaching and research.

After the speeches of each head teacher, the executive principal Tian Zhenzhou delivered a concluding speech: 1. Clarify the goal of prioritizing quality, highlighting characteristics, and standardizing management. Improve the quality analysis system to ensure that the analysis results are implemented in the specific actions of teachers and students. Further propose countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem. 3. Optimization method: Optimize the teacher-student relationship.
