综合素质拓展，展现青春风采

4月8.9.10三天，我校为初二年级学生安排了三天综合素质拓展训练课程。本次活动由我校学生处和北京东方鑫森拓展培训公司联合开展。通过三天的团队协作课程训练，使学生更加拥有“创新能力，动手能力，团队精神，双赢思维，协作观念，合力制胜”的意识，并使学生在今后的学习生活中突破心理障碍，敢于应对挑战，富有创新活力，最大限度地发掘自身潜能。作为一种新型的德育课程，我校自07年就与专业机构合作引进了素质拓展课程。同学们在教练带领下积极参与、密切配合，促进了学生的成长，受到同学和家长们的喜爱和一致好评。

10号下午在阶梯教室召开了闭营式，同学们演练了自己三天的拓展成果，并给优秀学员发了奖，秦园同学代表初中部谈了自己三天的收获和感受。拓展培训在同学们的掌声和依依不舍中圆满落下帷幕。

Comprehensive Quality Extension and Show the Beauty in Youth.

From April 8th to April 10th , BCS middle school arrange 3-day comprehensive quality extension training for grade 8. This activity was held by Beijing East XxinTai Extension Training Company and SAT of our school. After three days training of team cooperation, students strengthened the mind of creativity, hand-work, team spirit, win-win view, cooperation and collaboration. It helped students break through psychological obstacles in their study and life as well as are brave to face challenges and creative to explore self-potential extremely. As a new kind of moral education curriculum, we started it from year 2007. Under the leadership of their coach, they acted in close coordination. It promoted the growth of students and won the good reputation of students and parents.

On April 10th afternoon, the closing ceremony was held in lecture theater and students exercised what they have learned. Excellent students were awarded. Student QinYuan , on behalf of middle school, talked about his gains and feelings in the 3 days. The training closed successfully in students applause
